The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 32" Gas Grill combines premium stainless steel construction, advanced grilling technology and sophisticated design, making it an ideal centrepiece for a high-end outdoor kitchen. Designed for seamless built-in installation, it delivers the durability, precision and professional performance associated with Napoleon. Four powerful stainless steel main burners provide consistent heat across the entire cooking surface, while the infrared rear rotisserie burner offers exceptional versatility for high-temperature roasting, slow cooking and evenly prepared rotisserie meals. The signature 9.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids retain and distribute heat efficiently, create Napoleon’s distinctive sear marks and help prevent smaller foods from falling between the grids. Dual-level angled stainless steel Sear Plates protect the burners from grease while promoting even temperature distribution throughout the cooking chamber. The JETFIRE™ instant ignition system lights each burner quickly and reliably, while the integrated ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge allows accurate monitoring without opening the lid. Customisable NIGHT LIGHT™ RGB LED control knobs with SafetyGlow™ enhance the appearance of the grill and provide an important safety feature by illuminating red whenever the gas supply remains active. A dedicated rotisserie storage drawer, a two-position warming rack and premium stainless steel construction complete this refined and highly functional built-in barbecue. Clean the stainless steel cooking grids and warming rack after every use once the grill has cooled. Remove grease and food residue regularly from the dual-level Sear Plates and empty the grease tray before excessive buildup occurs. Clean the stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a dedicated non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Inspect the burners and JETFIRE™ ignition ports periodically to ensure reliable ignition and even flame distribution. Keep the RGB controls, lighting components and electrical rotisserie accessories dry, protect the grill with a suitable cover when not in use and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for long-lasting performance.
