7. ORDER DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS

However, in certain cases, delivery times may be affected due to force majeure circumstances (e.g. severe weather conditions, war, pandemics, strikes, etc.). If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your products within the estimated timeframe, you will be informed via email, SMS, or phone call. You will then be asked to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order under these conditions. Our goal is to do everything humanly possible to serve you in the best way.

Delivery is considered successful once the products have reached your designated location and have been received and taken under your control (or by a person you have designated). This is confirmed by your signature on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier or seller. Your signature confirms that the products were delivered to the agreed address, meet your expectations, and are in excellent condition.

For the transportation of garden furniture or bulky items, safety is essential. Therefore, the customer is responsible for informing us in advance of any potential difficulties or obstacles (e.g. elevators, stairs, door dimensions, height restrictions, etc.) that may arise from the point where the delivery vehicle stops to the final placement area in your home. This enables us to prepare in time by arranging additional equipment or personnel if necessary.

Sufficient time must be allowed for preparation and any additional measures required to address challenges during the transport or delivery process. In such cases, any extra costs incurred will be borne by the customer, after prior notice and agreement before proceeding with any action.

If you have placed an online order and upon delivery you find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately via email or by phone at +357 25 753555 without undue delay. We will resolve the issue and ensure you receive all your items at no additional cost.

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

The above delivery hours apply only when the ordered products are available for shipment. If the items are not yet ready for dispatch, these timeframes may not apply, and your delivery may be delayed without liability on our part.
