The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 10" Infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ Side Burner is the perfect addition to any premium outdoor kitchen, providing a dedicated high-performance cooking station alongside your built-in grill. Its powerful ceramic infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ burner reaches extremely high temperatures in seconds, delivering restaurant-quality searing while locking in juices and flavour. It is equally suitable for frying, boiling, preparing sauces and cooking side dishes without occupying the main grilling surface. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability, elegant aesthetics and seamless integration with Napoleon Built-In grills. The heavy-duty 7.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grid distributes heat evenly, creates Napoleon’s iconic sear marks and prevents smaller foods from falling through the grid. The JETFIRE™ instant ignition system ensures quick and reliable one-handed ignition, while the illuminated SafetyGlow™ control knob glows blue and automatically changes to red whenever the burner is operating for increased safety. A removable stainless steel protective lid safeguards the burner when not in use and completes the clean, built-in appearance. Allow the burner to cool completely before cleaning. Brush the stainless steel cooking grid after every use and regularly remove grease and food residue from the burner area. Clean all stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. Keep the JETFIRE™ ignition opening clean, protect the illuminated control and electrical components from moisture and always close the stainless steel lid when the burner is not in use to maximise its lifespan.
