The MONOLITH Smoke Pellets barbecue pellets bring a new aroma to your culinary delights on the grill. They are specially made to give your barbecue food a smoky aroma. Thanks to our compressed pellets without bark, our smoking pellets give you a long-lasting smoke that lasts up to three times longer than smoking chips. Our cherry pellets with their mild, sweet and fruity smoke are particularly suitable for spare ribs, beef, pork, poultry, fish and venison. Whether you have a charcoal grill or a MONOLITH ceramic grill, simply add the pellets directly to the charcoal or via the MONOLITH smoke chip feeder system. The smoke lasts for 5-10 minutes and gives your food that fine wood flavor. You can repeat this process as often as you like to achieve a more intense flavor. In your smoker, place the smoking pellets directly in the firebox in the embers. The smoke then travels through the cooking chamber, giving your food the desired aroma. If you have a gas grill, you can use a smoker box for this. Simply place the pellets in the smoker box and place them on the grill. The smoke will spread throughout your grill after a few minutes.
To properly care for and maintain your pellets, store them in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture absorption, which can affect their burning efficiency. Keep them away from damp conditions, ideally in airtight containers or bags. Use clean, dry hands or tools when handling pellets to prevent contamination. Regularly check the pellets for signs of mold, clumping, or moisture, and discard any that are affected. For pellet stoves or grills, keep the hopper clean and free of debris to ensure smooth feeding and prevent blockages. Clean the burn pot and feed system regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions to avoid ash buildup and ensure efficient burning. Additionally, remove ash from the burn pot or ash drawer frequently to maintain good airflow. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for your stove or grill to prevent issues with feeding and burning. By adhering to these practices, you will maintain the quality of your pellets and the efficiency of your equipment.
