To properly care for and maintain your metal grilling plate, clean it immediately after each use while it is still warm, using warm water and mild detergent. Use a soft brush or sponge to remove food residues, avoiding harsh cleaners or metal scrubbers that can scratch the surface. For stubborn stains, you can soak the plate in warm water with baking soda or vinegar for about 30 minutes before scrubbing. After cleaning, ensure the plate is completely dried with a clean cloth to prevent rust formation. Store it in a dry, cool place, avoiding exposure to moisture.
