Meet Magnus: an in-house designed, multi-functional charcoal barbecue, perfect for those who love cosy moments where flavour, but above all fun, is key. Magnus is easy to assemble and thanks to the two sturdy wheels, you can easily roll it from its storage space to a safe, stable place on the terrace. With a remarkably larger grilling surface than a standard charcoal barbecue, you conjure up the most diverse delicacies to please up to 14 people. The middle grid and the two side grids can be placed at two different heights, allowing you to adjust the cooking technique depending on the ingredients to be prepared. Thanks to the two air valves in the lid and the air supply slider on the bowl, you can control the temperature to the degree. Furthermore, there is the option to easily remove the lid to surround the Magnus with the whole party. Close the air supply holes to allow the remaining coals to extinguish and let the appliance cool down completely. The ashes end up in the ash container, which can be easily disconnected and emptied. The stainless steel grids can be put in the dishwasher. Good riddance!
Proper care and maintenance of a charcoal BBQ ensure its longevity and optimal performance. After each use, allow the grill to cool completely, then remove and dispose of the ash safely. Clean the grates and grids with a stiff wire brush to remove food residue and grease. To remove the coarse dirt you heat your appliance for about 30 minutes at 260 ° C, so the burned food and other residues easily burn. Then brush the inside with a soft brush, empty the ashtray and simply put your stainless steel grid in the dishwasher. The outside is easy to clean with a damp cloth.Periodically check for rust or damage and address any issues promptly to prevent further deterioration. Store your BBQ in a dry place or cover it with a weather-resistant cover to protect it from bad-weather conditions. Additionally, inspect the vents and dampers to ensure they are functioning correctly, allowing for proper air circulation during use.
