This double-sided cast iron plancha for the Luca flexible system is custom-made for the Luca gas barbecue range and offers maximum versatility while grilling. The smooth side is ideal for frying, while the ridged side creates beautiful grill marks. Thanks to excellent heat retention, cast iron delivers consistent and perfect grilling results. Designed exclusively for the Luca range, it can only be used with the Luca flexible system. The double-sided design allows for flexible cooking, while the included handle ensures safe and easy handling. Ideal for grilling meat, fish, vegetables, and more.
Allow the plate to cool before cleaning. Clean with warm water and a soft brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly and lightly oil the surface after use to prevent rust and maintain performance. Store in a dry place.
