With Volta, Fontana opens a new chapter in its history, combining the elegance of traditional design with modern innovation. Every detail has been carefully considered, from harmonious proportions and refined finishes to contemporary color options that enhance its character. It is a design that speaks the language of tradition while looking toward the future. Beyond its aesthetics, Volta is a safe and intelligent oven designed to provide full control over cooking. The front digital display, simple and intuitive, allows precise adjustment of temperature and timer, ensuring consistent and flawless results. Once the desired temperature is reached, the system automatically modulates the flame, maintaining stable and uniform cooking conditions. The oven supports LPG, natural gas, and wood, offering flexibility across different cooking styles. It is available in two versions, Volta 70 and Volta 90, with external dimensions of 73.5 x 88 x H117 cm and 73.5 x 108 x H117 cm respectively, while the cooking chamber measures 50 x 70 x H34 cm for Volta 70 and 50 x 90 x H34 cm for Volta 90, providing generous cooking space. The Ø150 mm chimney ensures proper smoke ventilation, while maximum LPG consumption reaches 1310 g/h for Volta 70 and 1455 g/h for Volta 90. The trolley base measures 71 x 98 x H95 cm and 71 x 118 x H95 cm respectively, offering stability and ease of movement. Two temperature probes with jack connections are included, allowing precise monitoring of food at its core. Simply set the desired temperature and the oven will notify you at the perfect moment, ensuring juicy and perfectly cooked results every time.
Clean external surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners. The cooking chamber should be cleaned regularly from grease and residue once the oven has completely cooled. When using wood, remove ash regularly to maintain proper airflow. Check the gas system and connections periodically to ensure safe operation. Keep temperature probes clean for accurate readings. It is recommended to cover the oven when not in use and keep it in a dry environment for long-term durability.
