It is required from us to collect sales taxes according to your state’s specific sales tax laws.

All prices you see in our stores and on our Web site are exactly the same. But, we do offer a discount of 10% for customers shopping online.

Do you sell Gift Cards ?

Gift Cards are available and can be sent directly to the recipient.

What are the delivery charges ?

 If your sales exceeds €2000 and you are in our local area ; (Saint Limassol, Agios Athanasios,Mesa Gitonia, Polemidia, Germasogia and Agios Tychonas,  then the delivery is for free.

If you live beyond our local area, the delivery charge is €60. 

 

What types of delivery service does Bellagio Home&Garden offer?

We try to get your furniture and accessories to the best condition, in a timely manner, in the best price. Furniture delivery includes full assembly and placement of your furniture and removal of all packaging. 

Small items, such as accessories, are shipped free via AKIS Express.  

 


When can I schedule delivery ?

Depending on your item’s availability and where you live, you may be able to select you In-Home delivery by contacting our Delivery Manager on 25753555. 

We deliver your products within 5 working-days once the products are available and fully paid. 

If some items are currently out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) to inform you about the delivery of your products in our store.  

If you have a special circumstance or questions about your delivery please contact us. 

 


How quickly will my items arrive ?

Depending the availability of your products and the area your live, you can contact our delivery manager and set the timeframe for your specific delivery area. 

 


What do I need to do to prepare for my In-home Delivery ?

Please let us know for the special requirements for access to buildings such as deliveries allowed only during certain hours, dedicated freight, elevators etc.

Furniture delivery are made from our experts only on ground floors houses/buildings. For deliveries on blocks/flats, customer will have the responsibility to hire a forklift service to help on the safety In-home delivery  of the product. 

 


What if I require delivery to an international location?

We are here to help make the delivery work for you. Please contact us for assistance with delivery at international locations. You may also send us a filled out form international shipping request form to facilitate the process.

Do you guarantee your furniture ?

We try to give value for money on every of our products or service. We have a 3 year guarantee for indoor and outdoor furniture.

 


How do I know whether or not a certain product is in stock ?

When you add an item to your cart and proceed to the chek-out process, we will contact you within 24-hours to confirm the availability of the stock as well as the delivery. In most cases, your products will be delivered within 7 business days for local delivery or within three weeks for national delivery.
